Studio Update: 10/30- 11/5

This week we had an artist demonstration on Monday. Stephen Creech came to IUS and showed us some of his new ceramics gadgets and gave us an inside look at his making mindset. Lets just say it involved liquid nitrogen and alkaline acid! I was really inspired by his mindset of failing forward with Ceramics. This week in the studio I mainly just worked on putting together the rest of my big sculpture so I could decorate it in the week that follows. We also worked on getting the finishing touches together on the studio pots for our Pop-Up sale at the coffee shop on 11/11.
